Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
Return & Exchange Eligibility
Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below:
- Product must be unused
- All tags must remain intact
- Original packaging must be maintained
- Invoice must be included
Important Notes
- Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange
- Color variations due to lighting or screen differences are not valid reasons
- Extra fabric or accessories shown in images are included only if mentioned in the product description
Local Orders (Within Pakistan)
Size Exchange
Size exchanges are allowed on full-priced items only, subject to stock availability. Items must be returned within 14 days.
- Return courier charges are borne by the customer
Exchange for a Different Item
- Available for full-priced items only
- Customer pays any price difference and courier charges
Wrong or Defective Items
- Claims must be reported within 14 days of delivery
- Free pickup may be arranged after approval
- Alternatively, store credit may be issued to cover courier charges
- Replacement may take up to 3 weeks depending on availability
Fabric & Washing Guidelines
- Please follow washing instructions strictly
- For unstitched fabric, pre-soaking and drying is recommended
- Damage due to improper washing is not eligible for claims
Exchange Rate & Sale Adjustments
- Current exchange rate applies to all refunds and exchanges
- If a returned item goes on sale, compensation is based on the sale price
International Orders
- No returns or exchanges on international orders
- Defective or damaged items will be replaced after verification
- If unavailable, store credit or refund will be offered
- Claims must be reported within 14 days
Refund Policy
Eheterno Apparels follows a No-Refund Policy. Refunds are issued only in exceptional cases such as defective or out-of-stock items.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within approximately 2 weeks
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
- Refused parcels are not refunded; store credit will be issued instead
Authenticity & Policy Abuse
- Eheterno Apparels is not responsible for purchases made via unauthorized sellers
- We reserve the right to limit or deny returns if abuse is detected
